Vidhan Sabha: This is a legislative house that is situated in the heart of the city. The building is made during the British Raj and is known for its Neo Dravidian style of architecture. The striking feature of this place is a grand staircase in front of it. There are about 42 steps in the staircase.
Tipu Sultan's Palace: This palace belonged to Tipu Sultan where the ruler used to visit here during the summers. This palace was made during the late 18th century. This palace has been completely out of wood with fine balconies and arches.
Bull Temple: This is a typical Dravidian temple which is known for its bull status that is about 100 feet tall. This temple was built to appease the raging bulls so that they cannot destroy the locally produced crops.
Holy Trinity Church: This church is situated on the Trinity Circle on the eastern side of MG Road. This church was built in 1851 by the Christian missionaries in order to preach Christianity.
MG Road: This is called as Shoppers' paradise that has a number of shops and malls that deal in handicrafts and other goods which you can buy.
